Graphics Portfolio Preparation And Submission
The 2009 submission date for external assessment is 4 November |
|---|
Preparation of the Level 1, 2 and 3 Portfolios
Candidates should select only the material that represents their best work against the external standards for inclusion in the portfolio. Quality rather than quantity should be the overriding factor. Candidates are strongly discouraged from submitting their entire year's work. An A2 plastic envelop will be provided for the submission and transportation of each candidate's work/portfolio. The candidate should:
Authenticity Form |
|
|---|---|
- include only original copies
- indicate the NSN and the specific achievement standard(s) the work is being assessed against
- label the plastic envelop by placing the personalised candidate label in the top left-hand corner
- place material for assessment in the plastic envelope
- include the authenticity form with the submission
- ensure that the folder does not contain any communication to the marker.
Note: Portfolios larger than A2 size will NOT be marked.
Materials information for submission
Prior to the submission date the Principal's Nominee will receive:
- a list of the candidates who have entered Level's 1, 2 and 3 Graphics externally assessed achievement standards
