The redesigned National Certificate
National Certificates, National Diplomas and Records of Learning have been given a new look. From 1st July NZQA will start using
the redesigned stationery.
Secondary students receiving their certificates for New Zealand's new national secondary qualification NCEA will receive a
bi-lingual National Certificate with English on one side and Maori on the other. They will also receive their Records of Learning
at the same time.

New security features have been embedded in the certificates through the use of a metallic logo across the top and printing down
one side. This will ensure that certificates can not be photocopied and used fraudulently.
