National Certificates Alive and Well in Schools
From 2001, school curriculum subjects will use the new achievement standards. They can also continue to incorporate a range of industry-related unit standards into senior school programmes. In the meantime, existing unit standards continue to have a place in most schools.
Call Centre Qualifications
Whenever you get a live voice answering the telephone in a large organisation, you are probably in touch with a call centre. The new National Certificate in Call Centre Operations (level 3) will now be the focus of training for call centre staff.
